Welcome to our 49th weekly round-up. First of all, we’d like to thank you for the support you showed us this year and wish you Merry Christmas. This week we’d like to share with you a couple of articles about the do’s and don’ts you need to be aware of, when pitching bloggers.
Without further ado, we give you this week’s posts:
- Laurie Moon is our first choice for this week. If you want to learn The anatomy of a pitch email, then check out her article. We believe this to be a good resource on what you should use in a pitch you’re sending to bloggers.
- Second this week comes Kristy Shaw from Build a Better Blog. Pitching to bloggers – the do’s and don’ts of blogger pitching is the article that caught our attention. Short and straight to the point, Kristy’s article might shed some light on how you can improve your pitch, thus making your blogger outreach campaign successful.
- The third article comes from Mike McClure from Social Media Club. The title Blogger outreach: Your secret weapon in the struggle for influence says pretty much everything about this blog post. If you’ve read our free e-book, you know there are a couple of steps you need to take for building a successful blogger outreach campaign. Skipping one of them won’t do you any good.
- Last, but not least comes Whitney from Don’t Drink the Kool-Aid Blog. She’s sharing an interesting article Q&A with a Blogger: Authentic Pitching, Authentic Blogging. This is a short interview with Gina (a.k.a. The Fitnessista), one of the most popular fitness and lifestyle bloggers according to Whitney. We’re sure you’ll enjoy reading this article and see what one of the influencers in the fitness & lifestyle space has to say about working with brands.
Enjoy reading the articles, learn from the authors experiences and share your thoughts.
