Welcome to our 27th weekly round-up. For you to see the big picture when it comes down to pitching bloggers, we’ve decided to continue on last week’s topic and share some of the great articles we found.

Without further ado, we give you this week’s posts:

  1. First in line is Alexis Wolfer, Editor-in-Chief of online magazine She gives 10 simple and easy steps for . This article is a must if you’re wondering what’s missing from your pitch or how you can improve it.
  2. The second blog post that caught our attention comes from Steff from Think Like A Label. Ever wondered How to Pitch a Music Blogger ? If the answer is ‘yes’ then you should definitely check it out.
  3. Our third choice for this week is arjundasgupta . He shares some simple tips to help you make the most out of your blogger outreaching efforts. Be sure to read How to Create a Long Lasting Relation with Bloggers.
  4. Margaux Guyonneau the Community Manager for Tout, is our 4th choice. Even though her  article is a bit off topic, it’s still in the “how to pitch” area. She is sharing 5 simple rules on How to Write a Great Journalist Pitch. We believe these rules also apply when pitching bloggers, so her article can be a valuable resource for you as well.

That’s it for this week. Enjoy reading the articles, learn from the authors’ experiences and share your thoughts.

If you know of a good article, or you’ve written an article that you think should be included, email me at chris[at] .

@Steff You wrote a good article. There are lots of PR pros that still have no clue on how to pitch a specific category of bloggers. This is why we think the info you shared will be useful in more than one way.
